Hairs are one the most important parts of beauty for both girl and boys. Beautiful hairs add some extra points in your personality. You look more pretty when you have strong and healthy hair. 

But guess what?

Many of the peoples do not have such kind of hairs. Everyone is facing different kind of hair fall. Some are facing extreme hair fall and some are facing  less.

But why?  As time is passing and we are getting more busy in our career planning, and due to increasing level of stress and anxiety, we are ignoring our health and that affects your hair growth also.

Some common causes of hair fall are:

  • Lack of essential nutrients
  • Genetic problem
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Health issues 
  • Use of harmful products
  • Hormonal changes, etc

Here I will be sharing some hacks related to hair fall which do not include any medical treatment. So here we go.

Comb your hair before sleeping:

Our hairs grow the most when we sleep. So do not forget to comb your hairs before going to bed. Try to use a wooden brush because it is more effective and promotes less breakage.

Comb in correct way:

Many of us are still unaware how to comb correctly. So the correct method is to start combing your hairs from lower lengths and then going upward. It will help in untangling which will let your hair fall less. And by combing the natural oils of your hair will spread equally and will make them frizz free and shiny in the morning.

Give a massage:

Before sleeping give a slight massage to your hairs with your finger tips for about 5-10 minutes with your head lowered down, It will increase your blood circulation and make you relax which ultimately promotes hair growth.

Make a Simple hair style before sleeping:

Open hairs cause a lot of tangles when you sleep and make your hairs to fall at a greater rate and they do not seem good when you wake up. So do make a easy and comfortable braid before you sleep. It may not reduce your hair fall but at least  let you maintain the ones you already have.

 Avoid stretching hairstyles:

Stretching hairstyles make your hairs fall faster than before. We just neglect our hair care when we look at a new hairstyle and start applying on our self. So do avoid such kind of hairstyles and prefer some loose and messy hairstyles.

Try to use these hacks in your daily routine and you will surely notice a reduction in hair fall.
